Today is one of the hardest day.  Tevin is miserable, his health and physical condition has worsen even further.  He almost went into shock .  And he asked if I can take tomorrow off to possibly take him into the ER. We cried really hard together.  And I think this brought him into shock having hot and cold chills. Shaking and the emotions running high is draining him.  

I don’t know what to do. I truly don’t.  I messaged my office manager at High Street and told her I might not be in tomorrow.  The emergency was dire. He can go into shock again.  I have to be near.  He needs to be stabilized . The overstimulation of his intestines had worsen each day. We thought Imodium would help, but it does not.  Tevin is having to go to the restroom multiple times a day.  It’s causing his quality of life to go down.
